At UCTA, we believe that each student has a uniqueness and capacity to create change in the societies we live in. Our Education services are designed to suit and support the students with those particular unique skills and abilities into better and developed skills ready to Create, Innovate and Invent the better world.
Our staff provide special guidance and instruction to the learners with a purpose enabling them achieve their best in learning.
We unite and cooperate with experts, professors, students at Universities and other Humanitarian organisations in reaching out to our student communities with the particular information, trainings, mentorship designed to create the JOB CREATORS and REDUCE on JOB SEEKERS.

Our Team
The Uganda Career & Technical Academy welcome Ismail Waiswa, MBA, to Uganda Career & Technical Academy as Interim Executive Dean of Instruction and Community Partnerships. Ismail will be responsible for the management of all instructional programs at UCTA. In addition, he will be tasked with building relationships with businesses and other community organizations.
Throughout his career, Ismail has held a variety of leadership roles at different organisations in Uganda, East Africa. He has extensive experience in Instruction, and most recently, he served as President of Uganda Tchoukball Association, Premium Ambassador at International Students Fesitival in Trondheim, Norway & Country Representative at Coco Kimchi Farm in Africa, which offers a variety of workforce programs.
Ismail holds an honors degree from Makerere University where he is writing writing his Thesis for an award of a Masters of Business Adminstration degree. He holds a a diploma in Sports Ministry from Jessup University and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Justus-Lieberg Universitat Giessen, German. His passion for development and International relationship makes him a suiatble person for this position.
