Policy of Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity
Uganda Career & Technical Academy (UCTA) does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, gender, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, age, religion, veteran status or disability.
Policy of Non-Discrimination on the Basis of Disability
UCTA does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment, or employment in its programs or activities. The Executive Director of UCTA, the Compliance Office has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements contained in Governement Department of Justice regulations. Information concerning the persons with Disabilities, and the rights provided by the Disabilities Act are available from the Coordinator office. You may file an official complaint by writing to the Interim Executive Office and turning in a UCTA Complaint Report.
Disability Support Services
UCTA provides support services to help students with disabilities meet their educational needs.Students with special needs are encouraged to contact the adminstration office prior to registration and present certified documentation to help determine what services are needed. Support services include scholarships, advocacy, audiological referral services & counseling. S
Confidentiality of Records
In order that students are protected against improper disclosure of their records, the Uganda Career and Technical Academy, making sure that every student information is kept privately and confidentiallly.
