Special Needs Program

All humans are Special beings.

The UCTA Special Needs Program was designed to to enhance the lives of people (children, youths and adults) with disabilities. In Uganda, just like many other developing Countries, the disabled people really go through many challenges in acquiring skills and education services. In order to help and reduce these challenges, we offer support in form of bursaries and scholarships to people with special needs.
